Hi I looking for a list of SEO friendly U.K only Directories

UK only directories are great but they should attract business from Worldwide to give them reach and global impact

 

i believe www.bl3.co.uk is a uk directory...

is a good and only recip. Check it out if your web site is good enough to be listed in their dir

You might check directorycritic.com as well for local dirs.

Here's my UK directory.

 

I think info vilesilencer has a uk specific section in its excel document

 

This directory does not add sites as far as I am aware, I waited over 3 months for them to add a link to my site and they never did, I even rang them up and they gave me some rubbish about looking after the people who are already listed, they are gits and there are thousands of UK sites who have linked to them in good faith and not got a return link, I feel like contacting them all and telling them.

UK Directories, try:

www.uksmallbusinessdirectory.co.uk (I would recommend a super enhanced listing as it get's you about 20 quality links for your site)

http://www.biz-dir.co.uk (Shameless plug alert)

 

Check out LinkLister (below) which accepts sites that are relevant to the UK. So if you have a general directory that's fine, UK users can use it. But I had to refund the payment I received today from a company selling kitchen sinks from America

The company is called Web On High Ltd I will teach them a lesson and make a category about crap directories in my blog and do a post that ranks top 3 on Google for the dir URL and their company name, they also control web-design-directory-uk.co.uk (same sort of stuff, just taking the links and they rank 1st page on Google for web design beacuse of it, bloody crooks) I can't believe that the business one is actually listed in best-web-directories.com
