My website is it illegal

    Hello, i set up a website www.LiquidCocaine.co.uk and its not my drink, its the american drink cocaine, and i was just wondering as i havn't had permission off them am i still allowed to sell the drink, they tried to paitent the name cocaine and failed.

    Note the drink is banned in the UK but i sell to europe and not the UK

    Selling someone elses product most likely is illegal, selling a product with the same name when it isn't patented shouldn't be. But you might want to ask a lawyer just to be 100% sure. Better safe than sorry.

    yeh, this was when i first set up the site, i havn't updated it in a while as i can't ship to the UK so no point in bothering with the site,
    i will need to update the site soon, and the drink is illegal i think in the UK, i have contacted a number of people about this and i havn't had a yes / no anwser back, go to liquidcocaine.co.uk/gov.PDF a Big batch of drinks have been shiped back to the States, as it was rejected from the UK

    I think prepackaged energy drinks are not so great. I don't do cocaine, jeez! I don't know about drinking something called that. Anyhow, the best drinks are the ones you make at home in the blender. They are never the same because you use what you have on hand in the fruit/veggie/protein/powder milk department in your cupboards and fridge :).

    So, if the name liquid cocaine is patented, then you should not be selling it unless you are a partner or a liscensed bottler....
