Replacing page adverts with my own in Proxy

I was just wondering the other day, I'm starting up a proxy and just wondered from a Google TOS point of view if replacing a proxied page's adsense code with my own would be allowed?

Eg someone views digg.com through the proxy, but the proxy changes the adsense pub-id to my own. Is that allowed?

No. You are not allowed to change the adsense code.

Oh, I read somewhere on here the other day that adverts weren't allowed on proxied pages?

Adsense is not allowed on proxies pages. You can use Adbrite instead.
