why download toolbar only $0.1 not $1.00?

    Google pays that money.

    The rational is probably that someone from Brazil (say) will not make google too much money even if they use google more often after downloading firefox.

    $1 is the max...and if not from usa, then you get 0.10 irrespective of country.

    so only 2 payouts are possible. $1 or $0.10
