Making a review site and liability

Let's say that I make a review site such as web hosting provider review site where all I do is write the name of each company and what it's about, and ONLY the visitors write the review.
If the visitors decided to put harsh thing or really bad thing about the web host, and the host gets angry, will they be able to sue me?
I believe in the freedom of speech, but where does the limitation lie in regards to this issue (aka review sites)?

On the contrary, if you make it clear that it's a review site you are covering yourself quite well. It also makes things slightly easier from a copyright point of view because reviews are usually considered as fair use of copyrighted material (say you wanted to display a screenshot for example). Furthermore, you can't really be sued for giving an honest opinion of a service you have used - not even in the US!

I guess as long as I don't let a user slander someone's name (working for a company) and things like that, it will be okay.

    Thanks :)

You can talk about individuals too, as long as you keep to your opinion and don't level any unfounded allegations.
