    When the subscription was purchased, the advertiser looked to purchase for a year and to pay in installments over a year. Essentially, it's a guaranteed revenue for a year at $75/month.

    On a side note, I am not going to sell unless I reach my reserve. I would like to sell it to the right buyer so I can fund another project, otherwise I will keep the site. The site will continue to get steady traffic and a steady stream of revenue.
