I feel so sick. I bought my sister some really nice stuff for her birthday

an iPod nano and some shoes (surprisingly after tax + shipping worth $300!!! errr).

Now I feel, sad for some reason. Like a whole months earning gone and it wasn't for me.

I guess i'm a good big brother and all, but i'm still sad.

Someone show me some love, please.

    :(

She's 14 with no source of income.

Sigh, oh well. I feel better know, I got $100 left i'm using it to advertise.

My site converts very well with low amounts of visitors into a very good payout. So I basically will be tripling my $100 =)

Don't you feel good for buying her the gifts ?:) just think of karma, maybe she'll return the favor.

(that's kind of funny 'cause I just got my sister a nano the other day too lol)

Wow, you're the opposite of me. I talked to my mother today, and she asked to borrow $200 bucks, and I flat out told her no. I don't give money to anyone. Its not about being selfish, its just about people earning their money, and not giving out loans. I understand it being her birthday, but couldn't you have just got her a gift that was less than $100? Oh well, that just me.

Its the thought that counts. I would have got my sister a birthday card, and left it at that. Then I would take that $300 and invest in my website. I could buy a lot with $300. I could get Adsense Tracker, that Craigslist auto posting program, pay someone here at DP to create a video so I can advertise..........the list goes on.

I feel better now, and i'm glad I did buy her the stuff for her b-day.

Like someone said, it's called good karma.

And who knows, maybe one of my sites may hit it big time ;) *Pray*

I'm glad you're not related to me. Talk about cheap...

I would have let my mom borrow $200. Heck, I would have given it to her if she asked. Think of all the pain she went through to put you on this earth, all the diapers she changed, and all the sacrifices she made for you growing up.

i find this post disturbingly distasteful. normally i'm not one to argue with personal opinions, but this is just retarded.

if it wasn't for your mom you won't be sitting in front of a PC making money. cheap bastard.

@Tesla: You can't really say it's the thought that counts when all you would get your sister is a crappy card.

    I agree with devin 100%!

@MediaHustle: You said you got your sister some nice presents but mentioned and iPod....

I would do anything for my family regarding money, not overly crazy when it comes to christmas and birthdays though, a nice card and a £20 gift is about right, in return I would say I get about the same.

You should feel happy about buying your sister a present. Money isnt that hard to come by and im sure your sister was happy about getting the iPod.

And to whoever doesnt want to lend their mother $200, you should be ashamed. Think of how much she has spent on you and how much youve bummed off her over the years. $200 isnt much to lend to someone in the family, especially if they give it back. If my mother asked to BORROW $200 I would GIVE her $200.

If you love your family, money should not be a matter for you. Btw, when you gift something to anybody, dont' expect any returns from them.

Very ungrateful. What would have been hilarious is if his mother was driving thru McDonalds when he was 10 and he blurts out "I want a chicken nugget meal" and she says no, you didn't earn this money, i'm not giving you a loan.

    LMAO!
