How do you all feel about me adding deep link ability to featured links in my upcoming directory.
Deep links, would be able to submit site.com, and get site.com/1, site.com/2, site.com/3... regular links for free

It's looking to me that the deeplinks mod is rapidly gaining popularity and those that don't have it will be left behind. I've just installed it on LinkLister and will have it on all my directories eventually.

Deep Links on both Featured and Regular Listings is what a lot of websites are looking for when they submit to Directories, it definitely brings in more business

Ok - nevermind -I read your post wrong - i see your selling 5 links essentially - the primary domain plus 5 sub pages (eg deep links)
sounds like its much more valuable that just a single link

edited original post: "Are the links all identicle, is it essentially a ROS (run of site) link?"

but do the effects of deep-linking double or triple with each additional deep-link you add? How do you quantify the gains of deep-linking?

They help your sub-pages get that extra bit of linksjuice--thus better PR.:p

That would be awesome. That's the only reason why I would submit to paid directories.
