Tired to do "contact us" or "website" form..

Argh,,tired,headdache and more..sorry to let you know my problem. Hope you guys can help me..

I want to build html contact us form and i'm doing myself with using Dreamveaver. i copy and paste the below code:

And when i put the code on my contact us page and upload to my website it not works..i mean, when i click submit button, the email not send to me..it not works..fuhh.

I tired using "free web form generator" because i need to put some ugly company logo/url under the form.

Do you guys have some form script that can uyo0u can suggest to me?or any tips?..hope you can help me.

Thanks..BUT, alam..still not works ..i make a change but an email not sending to me..

One more question guys, based on this web form script....it was very easy to expose or easy someone to steal my email by looking my source code..do you know guys, how i can prevent someone to steal my email?

Mooseman, can i use on ordinary HTML?..my site are frontpage site..

 

to send a email , with the normal tweakings you would want , you will need to use some sort of server side scripting ( perl , php etc )

 

Never use action-mailto its garbage - there is a free html processing for you can just point your script at on http://www.freeforms.org/
