Since the mods won't ban him I feel I should warn you about this guy. This member somehow gained access to my website and has been giving away and selling the products that I offer.

Here is the thread he posted HERE:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=276015

Here are the products he tried to sell that he got from my site:
He even used my site in his demo!
The Reseller's Market is a site I made from scratch that would allow people to sell other reseller items. Only the items were resellable but he even offered resellers right on the site itself. You wonder why people think they have reseller rights to items that they don't?? It's because of people like this who want to earn a fast buck. How can you offer resell rights to an item that you didn't even purchase yourself?

Here is his response to a pm I sent him confronting him:
The bandwidth used was rather high so I can only assume that he passed them on to others and the passed it on to even more people. How is he going to tell me how much bandwidth he used?

Here is another reply that followed:

After all of this he still wants to continue using the stolen products from! Can you believe that?? Now someone is going to be selling my exclusive custom made products to others offering them resell rights. I had to shut down my site so I won't be able to generate any income from it until I resolve the security breach. I still don't know how he got in. Beware of this guy, he will take one of your post with your site's link in it and find a way in!

there seems to be lots of people selling or giving away stuff that seems to be stolen or downloaded off warez sites on digitalpoint but while there are other members stupid enough to buy things for ridiculous cheap prices or while there are people who don't have a clue what all the master-resell/resell rights actually mean or don't care whether someone is supposed to be selling something or not you aren't going to be able to stop it.
where i have seen someone trying to sell a template-monster template or something else that i can 100% prove they shouldn't be selling i usually say so in the thread but a lot of the time even though i am certain that individual members are more or less selling everything they can find that they think is saleable from somewhere like whereisit.org i am stuck with not enough proof to be able to stop them doing it.

edit//i also want to say about itrader reputation abuse
something else i have noticed too is that a lot of the things of dubious origin is given away for free by people in exchange for reputation/itrader points which totally negates the whole idea of the itrader system being a good way of telling whether you should find someone trustworthy enough to feel safe spending your money with them.
if people are just going to look at the list of itrader comments instead of the actual threads they will get a very distorted view of a member who has loads of nice comments just because they stole something and then gave it away for reputation points

I cant understand why you would need more proof.
    It's obvious!!
In the original thread he mentioned that he is "compiling all of links" to make the products
    easier to download.
