hi everyone Recently i was trying to transfer money from paypal via zoom for a pickup. And they said its not possible as its a intra-india transaction. Now i have made my cousin to create a account in paypal who stays in US of A. Even when i am transferring money from that account i am having no response. Is there a solution to this problem. The last time i had a quick refund of money but not now.

usually takes couple of hours to tranfer money and if you cancel takes up2 2-3 business days , is that paypal verified ? , you can also track you transaction @ xoom.com , if you still have trouble call them but just make sure everythings right on payapl
yea , my paypal is verified. Even i am waiting for he business days to start as i have started this transaction on friday evening and i suppose they dont consider sat and sun as working days. Yes you are right i ll be going for the bank deposit from the next time as for now i need the refund.
but you can also tranfer money from your paypal acc. via xoom if you choose the delivery method as Demand drafts ( blue dar) takes 2 days to recieve it.
i know but the customer care representative was saying only bank transfer is possible in intra-india. never made a withdrawl but just want to know jow it goes on.
Yes they are right. They only allow bank transfer and delivery for intra-india transfer. Pick-up is not allowed.
i ve recently tried a bank account transfer but was little confused in the pattern of entering the acc number i mean i have this "-" in my account number and if i should give that or not!
Sorry for the delayed reply. Iam a bit busy travelling. Xoom doesnt allows pick-up if you initiate a transfer using Indian Paypal and want the funds in INR. however if someone sends u money from oveseas you can recieve money via pick-up or other convenient means. (I dont recommend pick-ups as you are trying to avoid taxes henceforth I won't be advising money transfers through pick-up) As for bank account number: Do not enter any hypens or dashes in Xoom form Al
What about telling your cousing to initiate the transaction who created the paypal account for you from USA. I guess the address and bank etc is of USA cousin. May be xoom is checking your IP from where you are from doing the transaction . I think if the cousin from USA tries it will be ok.
