looks custom, it's web 2.0 ajax / xml / css intensive, so graphic design and some sort of server side programming would be required.
Two things I have to say here. It's definitely custom, because I know some of the programmers and designers. They won't sell you a "copy" of it unless you are willing to give them a TON of money (well they probably wouldn't sell one anyways). Secondly, PLEASE don't make a website like Pixel2Life. I don't mean to offend you, but it will most likely be a failure. Pixel2Life is there - so why would people come to your site? And there are so many tutorial sites these days, it's just a pointless industry to invest in. Make a site that will be guaranteed to drag in money, like a web proxy. Nick

Sure. Find a suitable (you should make it free too, since you're new to the industry) proxy script, and a domain. Get a custom or free design, and set it up on a website. Easy as pie, and you'll be rollin' in dough if you get it popular and fill it with ads . Nick
