Looking to buy affiliate website..Will pay top dollars

    We are looking to buy affiliate website that makes money.
    We will only buy website that are generating traffic through PPC [adwords mainly ].

    Following Criteria must be met:

    1. Minimum monthly revenue > $400.00
    2. Must be niche market not common affiliate site like ringtones
    3. If it is clickbank, must have separate website not direct hoplink
    4. Will not buy brand new unless it is proven.

    Price:
    Min:
    (Total Revenue for last three months - Expenses) / 3 = Net Profit * 8

    Max:
    (Total Revenue for last three months - Expenses) / 3 = Net Profit * 12


    We buy cash geneating website that are genuine and generates money using
    long lasting technique and can survive in future.

    We have special criteria that we go through to buy the site.

    If you can create one that will make money then we will sign a contract with you in advance and pay you based on four months revenue * 10

    It's like you have the golden eggs chicken wich value is billions and then sell it by pennies.

    It is normal to make a try. I do have a website which is selling affiliate products and which is making around 500$/month and for an offer which is higher than 6000-7000$ . The price is high because the venue is increasing monthly stadily, so that I will earn well over 500$ this month and still developing it.

    Finally, they are asking I cannot see any bad thing in this try.Good luck.:)

    the price is ($500-expenses)*2.6666666667=
    not 6000-7000$.

    "(Total Revenue for last three months - Expenses) / 3 = Net Profit * 12"

    500 x 3 (500 rev for 3 months) - ? (expenses unknown) / 3 = 500 x 12 = $6,000

    1500 / 3 = 500: 500 x 12 = $6,000 or the max this buyer will pay.

    it is our understading that on digitalpoint and sitepoint forum this is a rule of thumb.

    Lot of people are asking what we are willing to pay. We just don't want to spend time researching it.

    If someone wants to sell it, we are interested.
