OK , this answers my question. Only why some other tools are giving so different results? I asked here, still not convinced...
I think you can derive its answer from my previous post It all depends on what source these backlink checker tools are using to show you details of backlinks. Currently there are three major {popular} sources 1) Yahoo! 2) MSN 3) Google Maybe some temporary glitch. {due to heavy load} Its working fine at the moment
hey I really like your tool. But if your page has lots of backlinks it is very slow or stopps after a while. Is that just me, and is it going to change in the future?
tested a relative new domain with little links and it worked great, now trying it on one that I really want info on that states it has just over 1000, so is very slow. Not complaining since I am assumming it is checking each link, but may have to go to bed and check back in the morning. Glad to see great tools from DP members!
Ok that explains it. But its really cool for small pages and subpages of bigger sites. Maybe you should make a warning saying its not working for huge pages. Anyways keep it up
This is an excellent tool, however, is there any way to sort the links by PR and stuff. I was looking at the backlinks for a domain and it had over 800 backlinks and I only wanted to see the highest pr backlink.
