gay males are born gay, they never made a choice. lesbians can make the choice and most are born lesbian,. rape can make you choose to be lesbian, abuse, violence, all that that women face, can make them choose to be lesbian.

Seriously again though (i can do serious sometimes) Women are called the fairer sex, the gentler sex, purely because they have traditionally been able to express their feelings for each other openly (like walking down the road hand in hand). Men OTOH (for the most) simply can't do this, as society does not allow it. Which is sad, because many men have those feelings of platonic love for friends, but society condemns them if they show it.

I can't imagine what would happen if one of the guys in our rugby club, walked in on a Saturday just before a match clutching a shopping bag with a shirt inside it and as he gave it to another team member he said " I saw this in the window and knew it HAD to be you".

It is really sad that most men have to supress their love of their friends, and end up either bottling it up (eventually spilling out as rage), or releasing it through heavy drinking leading to depression.

Yeah, the fact you cant figure out that guy and gay are two different words tends to put you in the "ignorant" category in my book. I would agree with most of that but all gay males are not born that way. Many were sexually abused and that was imprinted on their psyche at an early age.

I would also say women are the primary domestic abusers, women commit more abuse against children than men. And this leads as well to an aversion to women as well for young boys and homosexual behaviour. Yet young boys know they will live a hell of hard life if they act out those homosexual desires and suppress them, they know society hates them more than lesbians.

They decide instead to be with women rather than face the horror of being a gay man and they take that anger from the abuse with them. I would agree with you when you say "all that women face".

But it seems as a lesbian you actually have support here.

If those 3 men had been 3 abusive women and you turned gay as a man it would be a whole different story.

Hope it didn't offend you! You don't know anything about me or my thoughts on being gay so why the hell are you pretending that you know my thoughts. I just mention my story about my brother and did mention that being gay is a sin and i still say its a "SIN" . Did i mention that i accept it or not-that's where you think you know me and thats a big problem because thinking that you know everything will get you an alot of trouble. You need to start asking before you start accusing!

Again, evidence? Its so easy to throw around these suggestions but, by what sort of logic would turn a person gay simply because that would make them more ridiculed and "hated" in society? Im also pretty sure women are not the primary domestic abusers.

Why cant it be a choice? By your reasoning there is no way a gay person could just like it? I seem to have thrown up more questions than answers, but I like to see solid facts before adding my own thoughts like you have.
