How many people here have actually gotten back into AdSense after getting banned? It's killing me because I have a company now which I'm trying to get an AdSense account for, and I'm having huge problems because my old personal account was canceled!
I once did some research on this. I conducted a poll of visitors to one of my web development sites and of those who appealed only maybe 5% got back into AdSense. It's difficult to make a comeback once suspended.
When i was setting my ads up i clicked just once but i didnt wanted it just happened. Is it possible to be banned?Just 1 time i clicked
I had a domain of mine banned once but all my other domains were fine, I was banned from using Google ads on this one domain because I had some text saying about supporting us by clicking our sponsors or something so don't do that people, not good. However, I got back into using my ads again after about a week and everything is fine again, this happened to me when I was new to adsense about 2 years ago.
"I have a company now", then you should be able to get a new account. Is this new company a corporation or LLC or some other legal entity or just a personal declaration that it is a "company". A separate company is, under the law, a separate person. Google must treat it as such. Are you applying with the same SSN number or did your company get it's own EIN number?
How time after u make wrong clicks u get banned, because i have fear about something....... 1250 clicks only 1.20$ I pasted links to my ADS on forums and so many people clicked 1250 clicks .... Is it possible to be disabled?
Browntwn, I am actually operating a company that is a completely new, separate, legal entity! So I thought Google was supposed to treat it as such as well!! But they aren't. I've applied numerous times with different sites my company operates now, and I keep getting declined. I thought it was because of the sites, but after speaking with an AdSense rep yesterday, he said it was because of my past personal account which was banned! So they are definitely NOT treating my applications like a seperate entity. I haven't gotten accepted, so I haven't been asked for an EIN or an SSN yet. But yes, I would be using the companies EIN.
You can always try creating a blogspot account, put 10 original articles on there and reapply with your company info. If you use the webmaster tools and all your sites are in there they can link your site to you.
If that is the case, I think you need to make it clear that it is the corporation applyng and not you personally. If you are using the same contact information (your name, address, telephone) then Google may not think it is a separate company. Perhaps you should get a PO box, or other contact information for the company to appy with. I assume there must be some related information between the two accounts, otherwise why/how would Google be flagging this company application as related to your previous personal account.
I've done that. The company has a different mailing address, contact name and all that. I think Google cross references a LOT of information when you apply. Someone mentioned Webmaster tools. I would say that they definitely do cross references your app with that. As well as AdWords, Gmail, and Analytics.... Does Googles Terms of Service or Privacy Policy or any legal pages actually say anything about AdSense treating people and companies differently? I really do need to bring up to them the fact that a completely different legal entity is applying.
I'm pretty sure that pasting links to your ads on a forus is against G's TOS. And for one reason or another, Google counted the majority of those as invalid clicks hence the $1.20 for 1250 clicks. IMHO I'd say you stand a chance of a ban. You may get lucky if you e-mail Google and beg for mercy.
Tried it - didn't work. After a week and a half of waiting, I got a very generic message stating: Before posting I had 9 posts up, posting twice a day with links, very safe content, etc. I wonder if it may have been an IP match from the computer applying vs an old banned account? I had a "search here to find what you're looking for" message above a search box, which was a gross violation of the TOS unfortunately. As a newbie, I wasn't aware and regret that decision every day =/ Hell, I've actively been searching for a business partner willing to cash checks and take a 10% cut just so I can get my new sites monetized. Watching 100k+ well targeted uniques/month with 3-4 pageviews per user go by with no adsense income is like a soft kick to the pants each morning I wake up
