You guys have all gone for female celebs, but I wanted to say that Tom Cruise has to be the biggest idiot of them all. Totally over-rated and zero talent. And on the female side, would have to agree with Paris being pretty much in a league of her own.
Anna Nicole Smith ~ over the last few months she's gotten more media coverage then anyone alive ever deserved. While I kept up with the story I certainly did not need 24/7 coverage for what took 5 minutes a day to let me know. After that, yeah, likely Paris Hilton.
It seems to be popular to bash Tom Cruise these days - with his often screwy behavior and not being able to decide which totally hot babe to be with (darn his luck) but on the MI3 DVD (the best of the three movies IMHO) there's a special feature which is an edited clip/montage of his movie roles over the years and it is quite an impressive piece. It gave me a new re-appreciation for his contributions to American popular films. As far as most undeserving of the "celebrities" I would have to go with Nicole Ritchie - after all what has she done besides ride the coattails of Paris and starve herself to a rail - and BTW I've seen the Paris Hilton video and she does have *some* *talent*
