We had intermittent downtime between 7am and 12pm due to upstream router failures. We're not hosted at the same location as DigitalPoint. As always in this situation, we're working to prevent this in the future. We've had assorted hardware (servers, load balancers) on order since launch, but they won't be online until Monday-Tuesday.
The ads work fine in wordpress posts as long as you don't let the wordpress editor mangle the javascript with <br>'s.
That's a good increase Judd. With time, that will do even better. Remember, if you have thousands of clicks, you'll have better changes of converting a click to a winning buyer.
Is anyone else not registering impressions? my impressions are frozen even though clicks are increasing. However, clicks are still a tiny fraction of what they were every day previous.
The bad thing isn't that you will not see any revenue for a week. The bad thing is that you might not ever see any revenue at all! I was running it for a week. I got 4403 clicks and earnt $26,63, that is $0.006 per click, which makes this absolutely incomparable with any CPC network. This "snowball" or "trickle down" effect never came. I took down the ads 3 days ago after they were up for 1 week, and yesterday's revenue was $0.00. So the problem is that by trying this system out, you can lose 1 week's worth of revenue from your other ad streams by waiting for income that will never come.
About 1 days worth of stats: Earnings: $0.00 Impressions: 6,298 Clicks: 201 Referrals: 0 I'll check back every day - if I start to see some revenue I'll put them back up. Though I'm beginning to think it could be my niche that simply isn't converting well, maybe.
This is exactly what I was worried of.. I don't want to loose one DAYS worth of revenue, let alone a whole months worth. Anyways, thanks, you helped me make up my mind.
CJ's reports are downloaded at set intervals, but if you check AA frequently, you can (or could) see your impressions/clicks increase rather frequently, which leads me to believe they aren't tied to CJ.
Thanks for the info, but Shoemoney, apparently it doesn't go for all out of the US'ers because quite frankly it just pissed me off and I left again. A very weird decision if you ask me.
*sigh* It's completely of its rockers again. This time it does show ads and it doesn't stop the page from loading like yesterday but it shows rubbish ads instead of my keywords. Can't imagine my visitors clicking on Bugs Bunny.
Here's me effort so far: I'll give it another week to see if Shoey is right about the snowball effect. Col
What do you get if someone signs up through your referral link? I didn't see any details on the AA site about that.
at this moment a click on an item takes me to a blank page. Looks to me like AA isn't quite stable yet.
