Upgrading to a business account increases the privileges you can have with a PayPal account. Having a business account is not bad at all but the last part of your post is really confusing. Who told you that you can send/receive only 5 payments with/to your account? There is no limit to sending/receiving money from your business account.

    Regards

When you had personal account, you can only recieve 5 CC payments (not Paypal funded payments). After upgrading to Premier or Business Account, that limit will be lifted :)

Yes, every time you receive fund, a percentage of the amount will be deducted as paypal transaction fee. But you get lot more facility with Premier or Business accounts than a personal one :)

No, a personal account allows you to receive unlimited payments as long as the other party pays you with existing paypal funds. You are only restricted to 5 credit card payments a year.

The Personal account was never made for people who receive funds on a regular basis, ie for business purposes. It is more for customers who use Paypal accounts to buy things from thus the incoming restriction.

A Business or a Premier account are made for people who sells things and yes, you do pay a fee for each incoming transaction but that is a normal cost of business. Thankfully, Paypal is amongst the few companies which charges you low rates below the standard industry rates for transactions.

The difference between a Business and Premier account is that a Premier Account is for an individual who wants the full benefits of Paypal and the Business Account is for registered business. A Premier account can withdraw funds in their own name and a business account allows you to withdraw in your business name.
