Keep in mind we are still talking about Adsense Notifier here, if someone were to try and get your computer infected with a trojan just to steal your cookies, Adsense Notifier would be the least of your worries. As for the link you posted, completely different from what we are talking about and impossible to actually implement on Adsense.
Adsense Notifier saves info on your pc, with a trojan and cookies stealer you can get them ... GRRRR... you completely don't know what we are talking about, case closed ...

Just because you can read an article on something doesn't make you knowledgeable As I said, IF someone tried to get your computer infected with a trojan, your adsense cookies should be the least of your worries. As for getting your cookies stolen from visiting a web page, especially your adsense account page(s), (THIS IS FROM THE LINK YOU POSTED, but instead of MySpace replace that with Google Adsense) not going to happen. Oh and when you have very little time please do attempt to show proof, I can bet that you won't be getting anywhere, but don't come crying back to me
with this adsense notifier is there a way of rearranging the stats shown? so i can have like total earnings at the end and average cpc before it? not that it makes a hige difference, just wondered if possible

I didn't say anywhere that it's impossible to get your information stolen, but again using ADSENSE NOTIFIER really makes no difference if someone was trying to get your computer infected with a trojan. So once again talking about Adsense Notifier, it's not a threat to use and you should not be worried. Unless of course someone asks you to download a magical .exe that will increase your adsense earnings by 500%, then your anti-virus doesn't pick it up as being a trojan, and after that you still have no idea it was something fishy... Besides why would anyone go through all that trouble to get someone's personal info and pub-id? Like cldnails said.

Adsense notifier merely gave me a heart attack. I just got back home and took a look at it and it was reporting 21 click - $180! First thing that crossed my mind was that I'm in a lot of trouble. Refreshed it and went back to normal. Who knows what's going on with this extension..
naaaah it's a normal thing it happens with the the extension and the desktop notifier too ... just an error on downloading data ... make sure to change the refresh time to half an hour at least, don't show google that you are cheap and checking your earnings every 5 minute ...
