I generally tend to work with what is or what isn't, as opposed to what might be. Not unlike a court room, it's easy to prove what is, or what isn't. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything. When one spends all their time trying to imagine what *could be,* they actually miss *what is.*

No idea on your second paragraph. Not familiar with Smedley.

Thanks for the compliment GTech. :)

The only reason I pop into this P&R forum is to try and convince some of you stupid spunk monkeys that you should never always trust and believe the words of these so-called leaders in power.

To actually think that they would not lie to the public is in itself an absurd thing to think. To actually cheer-lead for terrorists like Bush, Blair, Rumsfeld and Cheney makes it even worse.

Of course people like you and the rest of the crazy gang will never change your opinions because you think it is a Republican v Democrat thing. It's not that, it's a Right v Wrong thing. You will see your unca AGS ripping the Democrats when they take over at the end of 2008. When 2 family's have controlled the USA since 1981 mate (Bush* and Clinton family's) you really have to wonder just how democratic your country actually is. ;)

You'll see that extended until at least 2012 when that evil bitch Hillary comes in mate. ;)

    * = Includes the 8 years from 1981 - 1989 when Pappy Bush was VP, the real man calling the shots.

Democratic country? My arse lol. It's all a few family's controlling the many, just like it has always been planned out to be. But you just cannot see it can you?

My pleasure. When I read through the content in the original post, your name was the first thing that came to mind. Thanks for confirming that's what you are about. I think most already knew.

    Oh happy opposite days!

Goes to show that you accept your position as a terrorist supporter, which you are.

Who believes everything the government say? yes the lie & they tell half truths sometimes it's the same the world over & that does not make everything false or stop you looking into the truth yourself, you should try the latter whilst reading crap on websites maintained by terrorist sympathisers & money makers;)

And do you actually realise who you support? i think you should have a good hard look & get back to reality LOL

Exactly! blowing innocent people up is wrong, blowing trains up is wrong, wanting islamic law all over the world is wrong, wanting the west overrun by crazy people is wrong.

So your not actually anti Democrat or anti Republican, your simply anti USA & pro terrorist:rolleyes:

Toopac I am not listening to you because you think that Bush's finest hour was the illegal invasion of Iraq.

I'm even worried having one of my posts even remotely near to yours.

    @ GTech. Cheers bro. :D

You think I rip into Bush, Hillary will get the same treatment from ya unca AGS because I have a bad feeling that she is going to be nearly as bad a President as Bush has been.

That itself is a major worry for mankind.

Who you rip into has never really been a concern for me. It's who you don't rip into and actually defend in every thread that is disturbing. Meets with the first post of this thread in a manner I'm not sure you can grasp.

Every day is opposite day for those that willfully live with delusion, rather than seek treatment.

Only if you can show a post where I used such language and common denominators. This tactic is a bit outdated. Have anything more current?

Propaganda is like SEO, some use white hat some use black hat technics ;)

But both sides doing that, for example the Pentagon is paying Iraqi newspapers to run pro-U.S. stories that look like normal news.
They have a budget of 300 mio $ to spread American propaganda in the Arab world:

•Cost: Up to $100 million per contractor, $300 million total
•Contractors: SYColeman of Washington; Lincoln Group of Washington; Science Applications International Corp. of San Diego
    •Awarded: June 7
    •Length: Five years
•Purpose: "For media approach planning, prototype product development, commercial quality product development, product distribution and dissemination, and media effects analysis."

    Source: Department of Defense
    http://www.defenselink.mil/contracts/contract.aspx?contractid=3024

Since the other side does not have such amount of money they use cheaper methods to spread their message. Thats what every SEO dude would do.

But calling all people that don't share your views a muslim terrorist supporter is just rubbish. I can't hear that same story over and over anymore: "We must support our troops who are fighting for their country and for the freedom of the Iraqi people. Any one who doesn't is a traitor to America."
Bah.. It makes any disscussion impossible if you come up with this on any view that is not the same as yours.

Just be happy that there are people in this world fighting for your freedom. Seems like you take it for granted. The fact that you put GW and Hilly in the same category goes to show that you just go by what the media tells you to think. ;)

Bush is not fighting for our Freedoms. He is fighting for the security of the US. There is a difference. He is continually chipping away at out freedoms. This may be in an attempt to secure the lives of American citizens, but at this point I doubt that as well.

Well, I have spent 4 months in Amsterdam last year, and people there don´t feel safe. Not because of the US, but the thread from the Middle East and the invasion of a different world trying to take over and dictate what the rest of the world does and believes.

Okay. So they do not feel secure.

I still say that Security and Freedom are not the same thing. They are inextricably linked in that in order to have freedom you must secure it, but to much security leads to squashing freedom. But they are not the same thing.

You have to be secure in order to be free. If you are not secure, safety wise, financially or any other way, you are NOT free.

Blog master, in my previous post, I already agreed that a BASIC level of safety is required.

Government exists through the mandate of the people for the specific purpose of protecting some of our freedoms. To enable it to do this, we have given up certain freedoms.

However, as concern over security becomes more important than concern over freedoms, freedom quickly begins to disappear entirely.

The "other side" has the best support system money could never buy...our own media. Our media fails us, continuously in this regard and has a long track record of acting as the voice for our enemies. CNN even knowingly aired terrorist propaganda leaving many to question who CNN stands for.

Actually, saying that someone is calling all people that don't share your views a muslim terrorist supporter is the rubbish. It's also dishonest, as no one here has done that. Used correctly on unsuspecting people, it can be a cheap shot defense strategy. However, it failed iul and it will fail you as well. People here are a little brighter then to fall for such and outdated tactic.

Incorrect. He is chipping away at terrorist's freedoms and rightfully so. While it's not uncommon for some to suggest such, when called to the floor to actually list *any* freedom(s) they have personally lost, no one has been able to do such.
