i never heard of animal rights people wanting to bump a baby animal off before

and sooo cute too, why would animal right people wanna snuff the little guy out?

 

They are saying that he should not be subject to the humiliation of being domesticated

 

I know what they are saying. I was domesticated and it was the worst thing that ever happened to me.

Maybe they want to club it so that it does not have to live in a zoo for the rest of it's life??

But kill it ? I mean come on .... mercy killing is the creature is in pain is quite understandable! But killing it just coz it's mother abandoned it ? Wow ?

 

Its sad to see that...........the person that wants to kill the baby Polar bear should be put in a cage unarmed with a 1000 pound adult...lol

 

If they do end up clubbing it, someone please notify me if there's a video of it.

As for the baby bear: If nothing else, they can help use him to propagate the species with a female who was raised wild, who can then raise her cubs to survive in the wild.

Oy. "Humiliation" better for the species to die out, eh?

Who ever said the so-called "animal rights" people ever knew what they were talking about? Think about PETA -- People Eating Tasty Animals -- I mean, come on now!

Always knew animal rights was a group filled with mentally confused animal fanatatics who think killing a bear is saving it from 'humiliation'.

 

I'm an animal rights activist and I'm not mentally confused.

But your argument for keeping a baby bear alive because he's "cute" isn't a rational one.

I'm not advocating killing the bear, but I can at least understand where some of the activists are coming from.

One of the activists believes that even though it was wrong of the Zoo to save the bear to begin with, that it's also equally wrong to kill the bear now that he can take care of himself. I don't think anyone needs to worry about the bear being killed now.
