VAIO is great (I love their desktop's computer). They're a pretty trusted brand as well! A bit pricier but well worth the price tag. Did you get lots of extra softwars in your version as well?
Can anyone tell me about the backup time for a Dell with 6 cell battery and for the one with a 9 cell battery.
Hi Guy I changed my Mind and decided to Go for HP COMPAQ (click this link to see the model) instead of Dell. It is an AMD Powered Notebook. It will cost me Rs. 45,000 or US$1000 including additional 512 MB RAM, also some freebies which include headset, webcam, 1 year insurance and a data card. Also it included a 5 in 1 card reader is that availabel for DELL Laptops? Also see this thread and help me if you can.. its about battery backup for dell and compaq ... http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=274717
Toshiba Toshiba Toshiba !!! They have the best screens - You wouldn't believe the picture different between my Toshiba Satellite and my wife's HP Pavillion - Both are 15.4" crystal
Guys please include your battery specification (6 cell or 9 cell or more) and its offered backup time
IBM Thinkpad.......I can't believe the thread starter didn't put it as an option, it is an award winning laptop.
Sorry for that.. actually I want to know the best from DELL, COMPAQ and SONY as those are my favorite brands. Thats why I put all other brands as "Others". Thx
