Does Visa Debit Card Can be Use To varify Paypal?

    Payel Say that Desbit Card having Visa or Master Card Logo can Be Used To varify Paypal.


    But I have a Visa HDFC debit card. But I can not varify my PayPal Indian Account.

    Plz Help.

    I can not help you to verify your paypal with HDFC card, But can suggest you to use Virtual Credit Card to verify PayPal. Its easily available $8-10 in Sell, Buy and Trade Forum.

    I used Visa Debit Cards to verify my accounts in the past, no problem with that.

    i can confirm with you that you can verify your paypal account even with a debit card. :) hope this helps. :)

    But you can't if the Visa Debit Card is issued by a Bank in India ;)

    As far as I know, Debit cards issued by UK, US and Singapore Banks work. I think there are some other countries as well in the list that I missed. But not those issued by Indian Banks or branches atleast for now :)

    Apply for an HDFC Credit card and use it to verify your account.
    Its time consuming but it is safe and it shows your real identity proof which is a better feature then a VCC.

    I would prefer a Credit Card rather then a Virtual Credit Card.
    Its your call though.
