To tell you the truth, the appraisal they gave you is an absolute joke for that name with no content in it. I would send an email to them & ask them to purchase that name of you for that price & see if they will even pay anything near that figure. Just reading their website it says that they do manual appraisals. How much did you pay for the appraisal? Personally, I'd never waste my money on any of those paid appraisal services, as well as those free automated appraisal services as they are a waste of time and money. What does MLS stand for? If I remember correctly, MLS stands for Multi List Service, a term used in USA real estate listings. Does it stand for anything else? The value of the name would be in the Mid $xx mark to the right buyer.
