oh no wonder

I have been thinking of creating general directory of directories, but after seeing yours (and malcom's) I kinda lost the energy for it.

One thing I really think important in making a directory is the uniqueness in categorization. This is really one of cirtical things you can make your directories unique. It is a good move!

 

OK...then submit 35, but what happened to the 36th? Is it yet to be launched?

ok ok I understand. Its the same(adult) which caused the heart attack. Thank God! you are OK now.

 

why did you lose the energy?

Yes I agree with you there. I never used any category dump in any of my directories. But you see, most of us use the same old category structure.

Nope .... the domain has been purchased and the day i stop building directories is the day it will be announced.
To do it any earlier would be bad luck

plus i wont announce till its a PR7 as its last one and i want to go out in style.

It's not that I am intimidated by the competition, but there are already too many general directory of directories out there. I am always up for something unique, but creating another one, even though I can make it somewhat unique, is kinda pointless to me.

I had an idea of creating unique category links like yours, but since you got it as well as malcom, I will now have to think it's taken and give you the credit.

You see, there are so many new directory owners who started just because they see others succeed with them, thinking they could do the same. I think that's one of the main reasons we see new directories on a daily basis.

I don't think we need so many directories any more IMO unless a directory can offer something little different things. Or so I think...

Similarity may be ok, but very unique, originality is something I always in my mind. So, that's why.
