Well, if you comply to the letter of the terms of the contract and have morals, then the only way is to move to a country which is support or just wait until your country is included. Or just move to another solution which supports your country.

If you do not have any morals or disregards the terms then do what some does, sign up as from another country and use a vcc which is unverified to open the account. Just accept the consequence that it may bring you.

    :( Doesn't sound good

Well, I have a relative in US, he read at PayPal he can use more than 1 address, but as we understand, it's still one account with one username/password?

If he opens the Paypal account in the US, he can add multiple address but they have to all be from the US. Typically, it is used more for Shipping purposes for eBay purchases, like Home Address, Office Address and maybe Mistress Address ;)

Yes, it will still be 1 account. You associate a Paypal account with your email address, you can add in a few though but all link to that same account.

As you may know, each person can have one personal account and one premier/business account.

Hmm.. I have a particular solution which I had found here on DP. itself.
US Bank Accounts for Non US Residents Just follow this particular guide and you should be all set.

But let me warn you, this is not a legimate way as even in India, opening foreign bank acc.s is restricted without the approval of the RBI.
And this is something that tricks paypal into thinking you as a US citizen.
Well.. I would still advise you to wait for paypal to allow your country to use its services.
Rest is upto you, I post this link incase you have any emergency or cannot find any other alternative.
You will be responsible incase anything goes wrong.

    Regards,
    Kulwinder.

I will wait. I use 2checkout, and will use my friend address only if a buyer doesn't have CC to send me money via 2checkout.

    Thanks for all replies.

This is an option if you live in a country where PayPal allows you to receive money but don't give you the option of withdrawing money to a bank account in your own country.

You can use the account opened in the US to withdraw PayPal balance to that account in the US and then transfer it to the bank account in your country.

I believe this is also possible for people living in India and you wouldn't be cheating PayPal as India is included in the list of countries where you can withdraw from your PayPal account to a U.S. bank account or request a check from PayPal. But you would have to check your local laws regarding the opening of bank accounts in the US.

See the list of countries where this is possible here:

    https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside

    Hope this helps.

Yeah, It wouldnt be cheating since India is listed, but it will be cheating as his country is not listed.
So thats why I recommended the same.

    Kulwinder.

You have relative in US, but don't even think to open a US paypal account if you're relative can't share his most personal info like Bank account number, CC info.

    Very Simple...3 steps:

    1. Use a proxy
    2. Go to paypal.com website
    3. Close that window and do your work IMO

If you use paypal if you arent in their allowed countries list, they are gonna limit your account...

you can simply do this by fake country name, paypal dont check or not interested in your location and dont monitor your IP for new account.

Even if he uses a Fake country name, He would still have to request for a cheque from paypal and then he will be caught at that time.

So, my method is more effectly according to me :)

    Kulwinder.
