Hey Crazy_Rob, Limon is a country of its own. In fact, it has a history and story as to why it is what it is. Not worth telling though!

Blogmaster, I agree Santa Teresa does rock. It is one of the hottest beaches (surfing and more) on the Nicoya and in Costa Rica.

I am still waiting to see your pictures from the swimming suit contest !!!

They were great for clearing the fallen trees when we built the house! You have no idea how strong they are until you see them pull a few tons of dead weight!

The house was built and this is my office where I am working right now!

About 60 mornings per year I get this brilliant rainbow that lasts for several hours. The clouds and wind create the perfect conditions for rainbows in Costa Rica. I have never seen more rainbows anywhere!

Oh, the windsock! I will post more pictures later and you may figure out why that windsock is there!

Depending on where you are in Costa Rica, the rainy season differs.

This year has been a dry year. The La Niña or El Niño has had its effect.

On the Pacific Coast and Central Valley the rainy season starts in July with afternoon lightning and thunder showers. The heavy rains come in October and November where it can rain for a week or two!

It's the rainy season now on the Caribbean side.

Costa Rica has diverse micro-climates. Travel a few miles and the weather and temperature can be very different.

We are in summer now where I am!
