It's very simple leandar. If you have a legitimate work related use for the site, then it should be no problem for you to ask your employer to remove the block rather than to try sneaking around behind his back. If you do not have a legitimate use then your job should go to someone who is willing to do what they are paid to do rather than spending company time trying to increase your side income.

As for calling people names and making threats, I hardly see how that is productive to anything. Hopefully you get an infraction on your account.
