WARNING: WebberCo, Ltd. = fraud

I recently used WebberCo, Ltd. (webberco.com) to host several of my websites. Without warning or notification, my account was suspended. After emailing support to find out what was going on, I never received a reply. Afterwards, I filed a paypal claim to which WebberCo is trying to say I violated "AUP". My sites use very little resources and do not violate any laws or the terms of service agreement.

I'm out $12 until paypal finishes its investigation so hopefully bringing light to this situation will force WebberCo to refund my payment since I only used their service long enough to upload my sites before being terminated. I'm just glad I didnt buy a reseller account like I originally planned on purchasing. I lost a considerable amount of ad revenue from this.

With any luck, Google will index this thread. Thanks for nothing WebberCo / Biz-Ops

IF your still looking for a good host try Qoozz there prices are very good and for resellers acounts its very cheap all the servers are running php5 and mysql5 they wll hapily move you to another server if you think the 1 you are on in being slow or does not have the right php settings for your site.

    Part of the AUP:

The following are not permitted on the server, do not upload or install any of the following or your account can be terminated without notice and without refund:
    media files
    mp3 collections
    large download files
    proxy sites
    torrents
    shout cast
    chat sites and similar

Are you sure that your account wasn't hacked or your domains used by spammers and WebberCo have over-reacted in this way?

So that blows holes in the AUP theory.

My account was not hacked nor was my domain used to spam. It was litterally within the span of an hour or so that my site went from active to terminated.
