Can you please jot down what are the available services for Withdrawing PayPal funds through an ATM card in India?
i have heared about the gcard, where you give $100 to pay a gcard, then you can withdraw money from it using atm's but then i can't say much, there are some people who are using gcards here, perhaps some one will post some replies here,

dose xoom works, i heared somewhere that xoom is not working, anyways, xoom also breaks the [FERA] rules, so i won't suggest that

You can use Xoom as long as you use bank transfer and not Pick Up. As your income gets to the bank first, so its legal. The RBI cannot keep track of the money from pick ups.. so thats considered illegal. And for the ATM card, try Virtual Money Inc.. Although I am not sure if withdrawels from ATMs using such cards is legal. But as far as I can understand, it should be legal as we are withdrawing from a bank. You can buy the Virtual Money Inc card and withdraw PayPal. It's easy it works like this. 1. You get the card and the US checking account number, routing number and bank information. 2. The only safe way of getting money is via post i.e withdrawal of cheque or if you know any one is U S having a us account , trasfer your money to his account and get it wired to you . DONT use any other means unless u have too much money u dont mind riskin it
