You should create a site with a good and informative content about something which may be sold more than 10K ! For example Cars , I heard that they have good cost per click! Also try with Mortgage and Investment Programs !

there are lot of keyword suggesting tools.
with that you can do a little research and finalize your keyword.

Sorry, i'm really new to this..but what you are saying, is you create a website, and you try to find a keyword that is most related to your site? Then you search that keyword and see if it has a good cost-per-click for adsense?

You research a keyword which has good cost per click then create a site based on that keyword. Or just create a site on general information and create a page for each high paying keyword you find.

You guys better don't speculate. Open yourself Adwords account and put your keywords to see the top-position CPC. Any keyword with highest top-position CPC is highest paying. To get real average earning per click, I divide top-position CPC by 4. That is if top-position CPC is $2, adsense pays $0.5. But remember this is variable from account to account as Smart Pricing plays a role here!

Who cares what anyone else thinks?

If you're interested in guitars and guitar playing then make a site about it. Share your experience and expertise.

Do something you love rather than chase a high paying keyword (which may or may not be so high paying next month or next week).

Theres no reason for a keyword to drop value so soon, something which costs more will have higher paying advertisers things rarely drop in value so much during a week or a month.

I'd be inclined to go for a topic that appeals to you rather than one that makes a few more cents.

Thanks, I'm here 'till Thursday, try the veal.;)
Well looking up a few posts you said pretty much the same thing, so the harsh critic might think that as an influence. But the harsh critic wouldn't know what they were talking about.
