In contrary - No, it did not. But we will see in a few days. I notice little changes on a few particular datacenters every few days - but the in the majority the results are still stable. To early imho.

no it hasn't.. threads like this will just bring those who have pr checker sites to post their own with something like "check this site" anyways, look for another month at least, b4 an update.

My site which was a PR4 is showing a PR0 on all datacenters. This change happened today, as I just ran the tool yesterday. The sites been a PR5 or PR4 for about 8 or 9 months, so this quite a surprise, especially because I have gotten a bunch of PR6, 7, and even PR8 backlinks recently. For those that are convinced that Google has some sort of exact 3 month schedule, just take a look at the history of PR toolbar exports: http://www.seocompany.ca/pagerank/page-rank-update-list.html You'll see that they kind of just export PR whenever the hell they want... bastards!
