Does google adsense allow websites to do link exchange? I like to increase traffic to my sites and considering link exchange.

You can do everything legal to generate traffic even by advertising, but don't use auto surf programs and click exchange stuff they only get you some cents before getting you banned ...

I am wondering if you exchange with the sites which are using methods like click exchange, will it cause any problem with your site on which you put adsense. Because you could not control other websites which might be using illegal ways to get traffic and part of that traffic will be visiting your site.

Go ahead with Link Exchange. Adsense has nothing to with Link Exchange. But do with only relevant sites.

Could, but I think this is to far... you can't controll all websites on the net.

Exactly! Link exchange has nothing to do with Adsense. It is normal traffic from some other website. They see you site and ads. If people are interested in an ad offer they will click.
Now click exchange is when someone is clicking because someone else is clicking his ads. None is interested at the ad-offers. Both will be out of the program very soon...

Dude, you can affiliate with related sites, contact them and exchange links, it's not about traffic only but you will be able to get a nice pagerank and back links ...

as far as i know, doing link exchange is safe, but just avoid getting into a partnership with websites promoting gambling, obscenity and the likes.
