Sorry for the repeat question, but did it just happen..? All of my sites changed PR last night according to what iWebTool predicted they would change to. Too bad all of them went down though..

It hasn't happened yet, no. Hold onto your hat for about this time next month.
Edit: Go on rubeina - lock it - you know you want to!

Then is there any idea why all of my sites changed PR at the same time?

What are you using to check? 2 Different PR checkers show different things for my PR...weird

I used my SEO tool at first which told me my site was PR2 (not PR3), and then iWebTool said the same thing, and I even checked http://www.smartpagerank.com and it confirmed the change.

What are you talking about? The PR update has already been done like months ago and I have jumped from a PR of 3 to 4 unless there's another PR update coming soon.

Also keep in mind that most of the PR checking tools out there are NOT accurate so don't be satisfied about whatever it is showing up though I use this site to check mine.

PR updates happen every 3 months or so, which should be planned to happen next month, but there were changes to my site's rank already, which is wierd.

oh, and I only used accredited tools to check, such as the google toolbar and things like that.

Well, I wouldn't bet my pension on the Google Toolbar for a start. It's the luck of the draw which DC it retrieves the data from. I've just done a quick check of 100+ DCs and can't see any obvious movement.

No change here as well. I don't think it will happen so soon again. Maybe next month I hope. I think what happened to yours is just a roll back :) Anyway, I am eagerly waiting for it too. I have a few which are PR6 and PR5 predicted :)

yer every 3 months Dark Blade... next one is scheduled for middle of April... no change on mine, still showing PR5 (with a couple PR4) across the data centre board... perhaps it was just a temporary glitch in a couple of datacenters or google simply tweeking something before the update next month...

There is something going on. It seems we are getting old PR , before the last update, at some datacenters and toolbar for several sites. We checked this with different tools.
