After trying youtube and getting much success from it i have now decided to have a go with screen savers. I have created a screensaver of the worlds top 50 women according to FHM magazine which i will distribute to the many free screensaver download sites as well as offer it with other products. You can download it HERE I would really appreciate it if some members could try it out and let me know what you think The download is in zip format and 100% spyware/virus free
if you have downloaded and installed the screensaver you will see that on the opening page it says brough to you by `MY WEB URL` Plus when i submit to freeware directories i get a link back to my website as well included in the listing
Very good! Keep going with these ideas. We used a similar freeware application to get links back and it worked very well. I would stick with creating applications that have something to do with your industry, since more people will be linking to your site from other similar sites that way.
I have windows XP, and when I double-click the file, it says it installs it ok, but I can't see it in the screensaver settings dialog box.
I also don't see how to uninstall this thing. Nothing in Add/Remove programs that I recognize. What's it under? No settings? No mute? No set image as wallpaper? The install process and uninstall process has a lot to be desired, too.
HERE is the uninstaller i forgot to add it to the zip file just choose the screensaver named `unmaed` and it will remove it
