I will probably sell my 3 letter domain but would like to get it appraised first. It used to be a vall kilmer fansite. Website / Url : www.vkn.com (don't want this to be indexed by the se) Code (markup): Registred : 22-apr-1997 Pagerank : PR 4 Yahoo links : 982 Yahoo edu link : 12 Msn link : 450 Traffic : +/- 30 unique a day Alexa How much would it be worth ? Will probably sell it.
oh damn! id say definitely x,xxx - xx,xxx if you sell it as a val kilmer fan site then... -20$ lol yes i do mean minus 20$
Thanks for the appraisals. Please feel free to post more appraisals. Any tips on selling ? Should I put it on sedo, pool or dp ?
24-30k Long term auction, say 14-28 days. Or find someone who can use the three letter combo and would jump on it. Nice domain.
Do you mean 3 letter DN? Yeah theres tonnes of 3 letter domains left. Just try to find some in godaddy. Your sure to find some quickly and sell for a nice profit. I wish I had thought of that
I don't see a PR4, it's a PR1 only. If you can have any LLL.com for sale in that above price range, I'd gladly take it off your hands for that price. I'd say Mid $x,xxx for the above name.
I beleive you should go and ask dnboards in my advice i could have sold it min 20.000$ on webhostingtalk before..
I'll sell it soon as I need the money for a new project. To bad sedo is charging me 10 % of the value, anybody got another suggestion where to sell it ( with escrow ) for a fair price ?
$10k-$12k reseller, $30k+ enduser IMO. Doesn't have much OVT, doesn't get enough traffic to call home about, VKN has around 500,000 Google, which is not superb for LLL, and V and K technically are "good" letters, with N being a premium letter and especially good on the end of a name where it can mean News or Network. That's really the saving grace of the name. PR4 IMO isn't that much of a selling point on a LLL, and while 1997 is good age and helps the value, it's not amazing enough to push it higher than what I indicated. I personally think if you're good at getting domain deals and have an opportunity to flip it for more than $12k (assuming you paid less of course), go for it. Good luck!
Thx for the info ! I'm thinking about accepting offers starting at 5 K . I'll put it on auction within a few days on Namepros and dnboards .
