    What do you mean by dynamic or static?

    When you recieve the site files, the site will be fully functional and coded, all of the links will work and all of the site's content will be already inside the layout! You do not need to do anywork, just upload the site and that's it! :)




    Yes you can add more content in the future. The site is all in HTML, so you can pick your preference on how you want to go about editing it. It can also be done manually as well.
