Loyal Customer buys from me 10 times, $1300 from him personally

    Hello,

I'm new to the forum, but not new ot internet marketing, the name is Steve Celeste, and people call me an Internet Marketing Revolutionary. I'm one of the out of the box thinkers, some of the Warrior Forum members here know who I am.

In any case, so i have this customer, and he has purchased 10 products from me, and so I decided after I sent him some gifts....To interview him as a consumer to find out why he did so...

After the interview, I learned a few things from him.....

So, as an introduction to myself, one of the greatest rewards in business is customer satisfaction, it will initially grow your business more, you will be happy, and it creates a great win/win situation...

Also, don't be afraid to learn from your customers...

    Hi Steve.

    Do you own smoothinteractions.com?

I did a search for "Steve Celeste" and that site came up in an adwords ad on google at the top.

If it is your site, I would advise you to look at it quickly as it appears to have been hacked. No point in paying for adwords clicks if you can't make sales withh the traffic.

If it's not yours then false alarm.

Either way, hope you enjoy your time at digital point.

Haha thanks for the heads up, but that is not my site....
However, i know who owns it, so I will contact him...

He and I had some talk once as we were both fighting for a domain name with our name in it, someone else owns its, and we were bidding each other out...

    What stunt?

Ah, I think you feel that I posted this to get people to trust my products and services...

I guess it looks like that, but really its about YOU providing good customer service...

I know i do, the cash in my bank and the tons of respect i get is enough for me to believe im good.

I have no need of posting it out loud..

Im dead sure none of the above users feel the need to post such things as well...

Just a little proud of yourself there egh?

I am very happy for you making a lot of sales and offering quality products, but posting about yourself like this will not increase your reputaion and may even harm it.

Good luck with your business though!

Not to doubt you or anything, I am no internet expert or anything but isn't adding a signature one of the key ways of marketing your site ?

Yes, but what is also important is not to join a forum for the use of marketing your sites....

I don't need Digital Point traffic right now, so I don't need a sig

He clearly did not mention his company name, or product line, and did not link to any of his sites or products. He is not trying to market anything and was just trying to be helpful, give him a break.

Welcome to DP, Steve. Great advice. I totally agree with you. One of my clients has spent well over $100K with me and recurs monthly. The key is to learn from the client and always try to BEAT his expectations.

OMG: I hate these threads. Why do people feel the need to brag?? Also, having your own signature with a quote no doubt from one of your 'products'. may i ask, are your products: ebooks/tools for DIY internet marketing?? If so, its so predictable.

HAHA OMG I hate people that don't know who I am or what I do, and already make claims...

Actually most of my products are software, memberships, and Web 2.0 application sites.

So your a bit off, but thanks for playing

Maybe I'm just blind or something, but I don't think Steve promoted that site here at all... so why do it for him if you're going to bitch and moan that he's marketing himself, bragging, or whatnot? Seems to me, you'd avoid giving him any kind of plug or live link then.

Anyway Steve, welcome to the forum. :) If people don't know good advice when they see it, it's their loss. ;)
