DP Doesnt Show Ads Relevant To The Topic Posted ?

    Well i have noticed this thing that is on all pages on DP ill see almost the same ad again and again none of the ads are actually related to the topic posted .

    Why is this ?

    I see relevant ads most of the time on DP. It can just be a geo-targeting issue. Perhaps there are just very few relevant ads for your location?

    Well what i excatly meant was ads related to a particular topic . suppose people are discussing about php in a thread you would call these ads revelant for that ? or would you

    I doubt that the owners will say one way or another, but since DP runs all of their advertising through adsense, what you are seeing is site targeted ads most of the time, which are going to display regardless over the contextual cpc ads all the time if the bidding is high enough. That is how it is on one of my heavily "site targeted" sites anyway.

    I believe it takes 24-48 hrs to show relevant topics after a "thread" was started.

    even then, it's also geo-targeting as was said above ^

    I get relevant ads most of the time. But I do get irrelevant ads sometimes.
