Ideal earnings per click?

Now, everyone wishes they made $2+ per click, but that just doesn't happen. However, what is your ideal per click? How much do you really hope to see?

Personally, I like $0.20+ per click. I can handle a little lower (maybe), but my goal is $0.20. What is yours?

 

20 cents sounds about right - just enough to get by and not so much it sounds greedy!

 

I have one client who's account I manage who for every $1 he spends on AdWords he makes $23. In this case, the sky is the limit so far. You always have to work to find that sweet spot.You can reach a point of diminishing returns.

Of course, that is not a typical return. It's not real estate either.

Your max cpc threshold definitely depends on the product, your margins, and your ROI.
Of course if you are selling a $500 product and getting a prospect there for $.20 a click, I applaud you.

$0.25 is fine..

 

I would be happy with $0.20 a click. It seems like it would be a great turn over.

 

I currently earn about 20 cents a click (travel related domains) and I sure with it was a lot more lol.

 

I currently do about 17cents a click. With a bit of work should be able to get that up to about 25cents.

For me 0.25 would be ideal! But I can settle for 0.20!

 

$0.20-0.25 is ok if you have high traffic and good CTR. My adsense account was bringing in well with that CPC.

 

I would be happy with a $0.20 click, i hate the clicks that are like $0.05

 

Yeah, that $0.05/click really can be upsetting.

 

I like 25 cents per click.
