Yes, by a large cartel selling methamphetamine. My best guess is that it will be held as evidence until trial, and then be reappropriated to continue fighting the drug trade.
Most will go to the Mexico state I suppose, but little by little will go into pockets of corrupt officials.
$200 million... Just $1 million would be enough for me Heck with that much cash, If I was the drug baron, I would have stopped the whole buisness around $100 million and go purchase some nice property or something then carrying on and risk getting caught. Who needs that much money anyway?
