    When the positions get filled it closes.

    Some people are not any good or i decide i want more posters so it opens.

    Simple really.

    Okay, the site appears to be finished with it's "function testing" today. I've received PM at the site and began posting.

    Yes, the positions seem to be filled at this moment, but according to the Admin of the site, this is a changing process. If you look in the first post in this thread, there is a link that gives you specific instructions on how to begin and it also indicates if there are any positions open.
