OK, I concede, my math skills seem to have deteriorated since I left school. I assumed when the arc was bisected the pie shapes had to be equal, but they don't, just the actual arc itself.

    Kudos to you and gr8liverpoolfan.

Twan hasn't come to DP after he posted this thread...his last activity was close to 15 hours ago.....:D he'd go mad by looking at the huge amount of explanations from various people that his sum has drawn.

Any guy/ gal from DP ever made it to the Maths Olympiad???? Not moi, but I was part of it at a smaller level..quite some time since I did that though :p

Its 9+0J. Lets get the imaginary numbers involved.

Now imagine that the circle is actually 3D and made out of plutonium. Try and calculate its radioactive decay.

I got the test back today. The answer was 9.

Simple angle bisector. No need to bust out Pi or trig or anything. I'm in 10th grade!

And the drawings aren't to scale, so don't tell me it's an impossible problem. I could put more up if you like, you guys seem to love them! Maybe I'll put up a daily math problem.

I despise math. I have no use for it. Going into sciences, so I only need the prerequisites.
