Seeking designer to partner with

    to team up with me (php coder) to build a forum hosting service.

    My latest project is to create a forum hosting service for people to create anime RP's on it. What I need is a design to help me with this project so we make the forums look nice so people can style them threw css and change the images to suit there needs, ect. Anime and Video Game RP's is a pretty large community area that isn't really marketed yet. On this one forum i'm registered on i see about 10 new "naruto" (anime) RP's started a week and thats just one anime.
