I just have a question, you only have 9 clients? I don't understand how the site is worth $2000 for a client base of just 9...

If you could clear this up then I may be interested as I was thinking of making a hosting company from scratch but maybe a leg up wouldn't be too bad.

 

Well, with the nine clients as well as the custom website, as well as the design clients I've pulled in through my portfolio, I'm able to make a decent amount of money just through this one business. So, the buyer saw it as a potential to grow within his own firm, and decided to purchase it.

Well, this website is not functioning very well now. Click hosting and I download hosting.php lol.. :/

Perhaps the new buyer should check into that.

When I click hosting, I'm able to navigate to the page just fine, so I don't understand why it won't work for you?

However, I am still awaiting payment from the person who will be purchasing this. Are you guys inquiring due to interest? Or is it more of a moderator inquiry for permission to close the topic? I would like for the topic to remained open, just in case the purchaser decides to back out at the last minute.
