Not looking to sell necessarily just wondering how much it is worth...

    Url is in my signature

    Band Of The Week

i have been working on this site nonstop for the last months with mass customization, themes and colors done by me. Over 800 members in 12 weeks of site being up...

PR3 and probably will go up soon.

It has some adsense revenue ($1 or so per day). And a few premium membership subscriptions at $4.95

about 13k hits so far this month.

I also have a myspace with about 11k friends that is a component of the site.

forum is active and every member that signs up on the main site automatically registers in forum.

any rough ideas? i know more info is always needed but this is not a sale just a rough guess.

It's usually all about how much revenue it generates with how much work. For a ballpark, figure 8 - 18X monthly net. A person may have a lot of hours in a site, but it comes down to how much return can they get on their investment.

Revenue seems pretty low for the amount of traffic - is the 11K uniques or hits? There can be a big difference.

    1. YPN is worse.

    2. Have you tried using the "competitive ad filter"?

    3. It is worth 10-12 revenue as a general rule of thumb. :)

Yes, music sites generally pay very poorly with adsense. You may have more success selling CD's and posters through affiliate programs.
