I call I couldn't get through, they also call which I missed. I'm just going to email for now.

This is a email I got from them

    "Hello Shahab,

We're sorry we missed you. We tried to contact you at 310.***.****.

After review we noted that the bids for some of your key terms were set
very high. When you enter key terms within the account there is a step
that will allow you to set the bids to fall within your daily budget.

In order for us to honor your daily budget we ask that you lower the
bid amounts for your key terms. Listed below are the steps to follow in
    order to change your bids.

    1. Log into your account.
    2. Click on the "Manage Sponsored Search" tab.
    3. Click on the "Manage Bids" tab.

    >From this page you will be able to view your bid, change your bid, and
view the bid range for the top positions for your specific key term.
Once you change your bid and click the "Update Bids" button, your change
will be put through automatically. Also, after you update your bids,
your "Estimated Average Position" may change to reflect your bid amount."

I know its all fixed, but...If you wanted to pursue this because they charged you too much and wouldnt release you from the debt, you would probably be able to get out of it. Theres quite a few laws that would have helped you. (But equally quite a lot that help Yahoo).

I think they shouldnt have charged you, not just in equity, but because it goes against the contract... although I think this was the outcome anyway

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. They took a long time to do it, but finally did refund my money. They didn't admit it was their mistake and just called it a courtesy credit.

    Hello,

please help. I have been charged on my credit card by YAHOO *SM BUS/MAIL 800-318-0870 US , 1 USD, 1 USD and 112 USD in the same day. I have never heart about this company. I live in czech republic. Please let me know, if you have same problem. How did you manage to cancel it? Please do you have any email adress on this company? I can not call there, because it is in USA. Does anybody know, how can they just take money from somebody credit card? I was in my bank, and they will check it, and hopefully cancel it, but i am still afraid, where they took my details from, and why. Thanks for any help. Lucy
