New design looks great. I think you may use better the white space in the center.

The new blog looks much better since there are more colors on it :) what I would do is add some gradient to your colored header, bars and buttons!

Your WP blog is much better; you can enhance your readability by using
...

The new blog is certainly better. The only problems I see:
1) The ads make it hard to read, if you intend to just use this for grabbing google referrals and converting them, it's probably OK, but if you want repeat readers I'd integrate the ads better (take a look at how http://www.johnchow.com/ did it)
2) If you're looking for subscribers and long-term readers, get rid of the partial feeds. I originally had partial feeds, and just couldn't get my #s up above 50 or so. I switched to full feeds, and I now have 1,000 readers (in about 2 months). Sure, I did lots of other things too, but full feeds certainly helped.

good advice, thanks. modified the scipt so the ads now in the right top of the post.

Gee... I just add tag in every post that I made, then I realize that it will cut the feeds even if I choose full text.
If I use excerpt, will it cut the feeds too? My post is not short, so I try to give reader a teaser for my post, where they can click to read more, is exceprt the best choice?
