I'm taking offers on my business forum www.IncTalk.com.

The site has a great domain name, a few years of history, and is earning some income. Could do A LOT better but I don't have the time for this project.

Currently I only have Text Link Ads and one private advertiser and that is pulling in about $115/month with no effort, posting, or moderating. The site is currently on it's own which is why I feel the need to sell it. If you were to focus on it I'm sure you could make more with teh site.

I also have a new logo that was made for the site but it's currently still using the old logo.

Nathan, I'm seriously interested - been watching your forum development for some time and would like to look at the possibility of merging IncTalk with the Platinax Forum.

The only concern I have is the amount of spam currently tolerated on the site.

Currently the site makes between $115 - $165/month with no effort at all. I don't even visit the site more than once a month.

Since the income is totally passive to me right now I wont' accept offers of less than 12 months revenue and frankly I hope to get more because with a little work the site has some potential. I am just too busy with my other websites to give it any of my time.

Anyone who buys this site will have to get their own text links ad account and set up ads there as well as contact the private advertiser to move payments to their own paypal account.

I hate to sell the site but I have WAY TOO MANY SITES! I really want to focus on building up several of my main sites and my time is just split between to many things. I actually closed down two other forums today so after this sale I'll be down to 7 forums. Thats still way to many!

Anyways, look for more cool things coming on the sites I already have soon. It's going to be a great year. Just have to clean house first.

do you have traffic info? referrer info? how many visotrs per day, posts per day ...

 

like your site but please could you give me more info, I have never ran a site like this but can see the potenial, what work wants doing with it to increase sales? Anything you can tell me I wil appreciate, ver offer will be provided for your assistence.

Folks, there isn't much traffic at all on this site. If your looking to buy this site you need to be looking at it's potential and the fact that is it's making money now with no effort instead of how active it is.

It has a lot of potential, a great domain name, a good base of members, and could be turned into something good with a little effort.

With that being said I'm not desperate for money here and would I'm not going to sell the site for less than what I view it's worth.

Because it requires no effort on my part to run I will not sell it for less than 12 months income. The site currently makes $115/month.

Oh, and a lot of people ask if it comes with the vBulletin license. That totally depends on the bid. The license is worth about $150 so tell me if your bid includes that or not and I'll subtract it form the offer.

I dont' currently do anything with the site but to grow it needs someone to be active on it, posting daily and removing spam.

I will say to run a forum well you need to have a passion for the topic. Without that you will burn out quick.

 

Almost no traffic, posts, or visits. I don't have any stats right now because awstats broke when I moved the site in November to a new server. I never fixed it because the site hasn't been a focus of mine. Sorry.

LOL remember back in the day I used to try and buy the site from you on MSN at least once a month

Why did you remove the sidebar? That's what really made it stand out in my opinion.

I have a network of sites that all look (basically) the same. I didn't want to sell off a site that still had that look if that makes sense.

I still have the old design and I'll put it back up if it doesnt sell. I may end up keeping this site and building it out with static content as the focus instead of a forum but we will see what happens with the bidding first.

You have some great new projects George... I've been following them.

When you are posting on forums trying to get ideas for your website. Try to put your URL in a way that won't be picked up by search engines.

When you type in your website on google, you can see almost every post/question you asked about your site.
